A leading development and property maintenance company in Birmingham is seeking a Social Value Advisor to engage with community organizations and manage social value initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills and an understanding of Social Value principles. The ideal candidate will coordinate activities that support project targets, develop content for various platforms, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

As a Social Value Advisor, you will work closely with the Regional Social Value Manager and wider Social Value Team to deliver social value activities across allocated sites/contracts within the region. This role focuses on day‑to‑day engagement with community organisations and ensuring delivery against project targets.
