This Multi-Award Winning Luxury Travel Brand is specialist in curating bespoke holidays to the world’s most extraordinary destinations. From five-star beach escapes to once-in-a-lifetime adventures, delivering exceptional travel experiences with a personal touch. As they continue to grow their digital presence, they are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Content Executive to join their London-based marketing team.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, content-driven role for someone who lives and breathes social media and understands the nuances of luxury branding. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality, visually stunning content across our client’s core platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok as well as any other priority platforms according to business needs. A key part of your role will be overseeing the launch and ongoing management of their TikTok channel, helping the brand connect with new audiences through engaging, trend-savvy content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the social media strategy across all channels, aligned with brand tone and seasonal priorities
  • Create and publish engaging content including short-form video, reels, imagery, and copy that reflects the luxury travel experience
  • Lead video production and image selection, ensuring all assets meet brand standards and resonate with the luxury brand’s audience
  • Launch and manage the brand’s TikTok presence, including content planning, production, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign planning and execution, supporting launches, promotions, and partnerships
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to optimise content and engagement
  • Stay on top of social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant
  • Engage with the luxury brand’s online community, responding to comments and fostering brand advocacy

  • Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in a content or social media role, ideally within Travel, Luxury Travel or Lifestyle
  • A native-level user of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, with a strong understanding of each platform’s audience and best practices
  • Proven experience in video production, image curation, and content creation
  • Exceptional writing skills with a flair for storytelling and brand voice alignment
  • A strong visual eye and understanding of luxury aesthetics
  • Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative with a passion for travel
