As a creative storyteller passionate about social media and visual content, you'll shape the voice and visual identity of one of the world's largest financial services firms. As a Social Media Content Creator within the global social media team at J.P. Morgan, you will advance EMEA communication efforts with a primary focus on Commercial and Investment Banking. You will collaborate with stakeholders across communications, marketing, and businessto craft content that resonates, promotes measurable business results, and elevates our commercial and investment banking presence.

Job responsibilities
  • Video story telling: Conceive, produce, and edit short-form video content and series tailored for social platforms, leveraging the latest trends and technology.
  • Strategic content creation: Develop and execute high-impact campaigns, producing graphics, videos, and photography that bring our brand to life across social channels.
  • Brand voice and copywriting: Write compelling copy and create content in our brand voice, ensuring consistency and authenticity across platforms, accounting for nuances across local markets.
  • Calendar management: Manage and maintain editorial calendars, ensuring a consistent, strategic flow of content aligned with business priorities.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with cross-regional teams to deliver integrated campaigns and initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyse social media metrics to track performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Social Listening: monitor social platforms for breaking news and emerging topics, acting as the team’s eyes and ears in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management: Communicate effectively regarding project timelines, status, and results, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Social media or digital content creation role, with a proven track record in video storytelling from ideation to execution.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects), Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Deep understanding of the social media landscape, trends, and analytics.
  • Experience managing editorial calendars and social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Highly organized, creative, and collaborative, with the ability to build relationships across divisions and business.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Solutions-oriented, confident in pitching and executing new ideas within deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with strong copywriting abilities.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with social media monitoring and management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Zignal, Hearsay, LinkedIn Analytics).
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, eager to learn, contribute, and make an impact.
