Social Media Manager / Content Creator

London (Hybrid) | Full-Time | £30,000 – £38,000 + Bonus

Sneaker Buddy is looking for a creative and social-first Content Creator who can also own and grow our social channels. If you know how to tell a story through short-form video, spot trends before they peak, and can turn product into personality — we want to hear from you.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be scripting, shooting, editing, posting, and engaging with our growing community. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to bring the brand to life across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Create short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Manage and grow Sneaker Buddy's social media channels with a clear tone of voice and consistent posting
  • Jump on trends, challenges, and conversations that align with the brand
  • Work alongside our marketing team on campaign rollouts and product launches
  • Capture and edit behind-the-scenes content, founder moments, and customer stories
  • Create a social content calendar and ensure content is aligned with wider brand and growth goals
  • Collaborate with the paid team to deliver creative assets for ads
  • Drive community engagement, replying to comments, sharing UGC and building loyal fans
You’re a Great Fit If You
  • Are obsessed with TikTok, Reels, and what’s trending
  • Know how to shoot and edit high-quality social-first video (in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
  • Have experience managing brand channels — even if it\'s your own side project or portfolio
  • Have strong ideas and an eye for what makes content perform
  • Love experimenting with new formats and growing engagement
  • Understand how to make a product feel fun, functional, and shareable
  • Are highly organised and can work to a content plan and weekly deadlines
