Job description

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a social and influencer champion to work in our social team delivering social first campaigns and influencer excellence. The ideal candidate should be customer obsessed, an excellent creative thinker, and someone who is tapped into social and influencer trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Influencer management: Manage our influencer programme across fashion & selling to build awareness and consideration of our brand for buying and selling pre-loved.
  • Campaign Management and Influencer Collaboration: Develop and execute editorial social media campaigns in conjunction with our brand managers, including collaborations with relevant influencers.
  • Ongoing Content Strategy: Maintain active and engaging social media channels through the consistent delivery of relevant content.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of online discourse to identify customer and cultural trends to inform content strategy.
  • Paid Social Media Support: Assist in the development and execution of paid social media strategies alongside our brand managers.
  • Agency Management: Oversee and help to manage our social media agency to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Social Listening and Performance Reporting: Implement social listening strategies and generate performance reports to ensure campaigns are delivering on their objectives.
  • Trend Awareness and Implementation: Stay abreast of current social media trends and implement innovative strategies.
  • Platform Relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with major social media platforms, including Meta and TikTok.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience of managing influencers - either via an agency or directly. Understanding of how to brief to get the best out of creators and different tools to measure campaign success. Experience of working with affiliate platforms like Like To Know it, an added bonus.
  • Ideally experience of working with fashion brands and an understanding of the fashion customer and the role influencers can play within fashion marketing strategies.
  • Ability to generate innovative and engaging social media content ideas.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various social media channels and competitive landscapes.
  • Understanding of large-scale social media campaign execution and budget management experience.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for social, culture and emerging trends.
  • Detail orientated and driven self-starter, with experience of juggling various priorities and projects.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to utilize data for decision-making.
  • Customer obsessed and passionate about inspiring and engaging different communities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
