Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of Social Housing Property claims from inception to resolution.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders including brokers and managing agents.
• Address complaints and support vulnerable customers with empathy.
• Confidently handle inbound and outbound telephone calls.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for claims handled.
