Qualifications

  • Experience working within social housing compliance.
  • Understanding compliance areas for housing organisations.
  • Proven experience managing data quality for compliance.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Support Compliance Manager with various tasks.
  • Ensure accurate data maintenance in records and systems.
  • Provide project support on key administrative projects.
  • Handle resident queries and arrange access.

Skills

Experience within Asset Management or Compliance service
Understanding of Compliance requirements
Experience of performance-based management through KPI's
Managing and analysing large data sets
MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and Word
