Location: Horsham & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days
Pay: £89.05 – £110 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

We’re seeking caring and dependable SEMH Support Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Horsham and nearby areas. You’ll provide tailored support to pupils who need extra help—working one-to-one, assisting small groups, and helping create a calm, inclusive learning environment.

  • Supporting pupils with SEMH and additional needs in both learning and wellbeing
  • Encouraging focus, confidence, and engagement throughout the school day
  • Assisting teachers with lessons, routines, and classroom activities
  • Creating a safe, positive space where every child feels valued
  • Adapting to different schools, age groups, and individual needs
  • Experience working with children or young people (education, care, youth work, etc.)
