Overview

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading, family-owned business within the flooring industry, with a portfolio of instantly recognisable consumer and trade brands. This is a great opportunity to join a warm, fast-paced SME environment as their new Social & Digital Marketing Executive, supporting growth across multiple digital channels.

This is an exciting and varied role for a creative and hands-on marketing professional, offering full responsibility for all things social media, email marketing, paid media and digital performance.

The Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you\'ll take the lead on social strategy and execution across platforms including Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn and more. You\'ll manage community engagement, develop content, and deliver campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and drive sales performance.

You\'ll also have input into CRM, digital content, paid advertising and broader marketing projects—playing a key role in bringing new products to market and increasing visibility across B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute all aspects of social media activity across multiple brands
  • Design and create engaging, on-brand content (graphics, video, copy)
  • Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns via tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo
  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns to maximise ROI
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reporting to management
  • Develop and execute digital plans that align with brand strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support trade events and product launches
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Use tools such as Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
Requirements

You\'ll be a digitally savvy, results-driven marketer who thrives in a creative, multi-channel role. You\'ll have excellent design and copywriting skills, a strong grasp of current social media trends, and the confidence to take ownership of your work and deliver high-quality campaigns that support sales goals.
