Our mission is to revolutionize these connections, making advertising more relevant, more engaging, more fun, and more effective.
Our approach combines cutting-edge analytics, trend insights, cultural understanding and creativity to foster genuine collaborations between brands and influential creators, unlocking engagement and value creation.
Our clients include Samsung, PepsiCo, Cetaphil, Epic Games, Gillette and more, who trust us to deliver best-in-class, full‑service work. Data and Insights, Strategy, Creative, Production, Creator/Influencer, Talent Management, Media Management and more.
Newgen EMEA operates a hybrid culture in our London and Manchester offices, as we understand the value of both home and in‑office working. We expect office attendance at least 3 days per week with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday being mandatory, as we believe it strikes the right balance between quiet focused work, teamwork, collaboration and a healthy company culture.
Join us to be part of a forward‑thinking, ambitious team shaping the future of social creativity.
