Job description
About ShopYourLikes & Connexity

Connexity, a Taboola company, (in addition to its family of brands, Skimlinks and ShopYourLikes) is a performance‑marketing technology company that drives new customers and sales to retailers and generates premium earnings for content creators. Each year we deliver over $4B in sales to retailers and payout industry‑leading rates to publishers and influencers. With 30+ years of proven success in the US, UK, EMEA and APAC, Connexity is a long‑time e‑commerce player.

ShopYourLikes is Connexity's dynamic creator monetization platform and community. As the fastest‑growing division within Connexity, we are aggressively investing in social commerce. Our mission is to empower creators and connect high‑converting audiences across social platforms with top brands, making us an exciting, high‑growth environment for an ambitious sales leader.

ShopYourLikes is at the forefront of the creator economy, redefining brand sponsorships by prioritising performance accountability at all stages of the funnel. We provide a unique community of performance‑focused creators who tell stories that generate intent and drive conversions. Built on decades of retail performance expertise and data, ShopYourLikes has generated close to $1 Billion in sales for retailers. We move beyond vanity metrics, likes, social awareness and simple engagement to deliver measurable financial accountability across the entire customer journey.

The SocialCommerce Partnerships Manager for our ShopYourLikes UK division is a key role focused on the growth of our creator base, and the key link between our advertisers' objectives and the performance of our creators. Success in this role is measured by new creator and creator agency acquisition based on our Ideal Customer Profile, key creator experience, retention rate, and agency referrals. The ideal candidate will have experience in social commerce and creator management from micro to macro, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships. This is a high‑impact role requiring an individual who can strategically balance and also nurture the commercial side of creator and agency relationships.

General Responsibilities of the Role
Acquisition
  • Identify, source, and recruit high‑potential creators across priority categories to expand our platform’s talent ecosystem
  • Build strong relationships with prospective creators, clearly articulating our value proposition and revenue potential
  • Leverage existing relationships with talent agencies and creator manager networks to source and engage new creators
  • Partner with top 200 talent agencies to identify creators aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile and performance goals
  • Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to run targeted acquisition initiatives, events, and referral programs
  • Evaluate creator quality, audience alignment, and monetisation potential to ensure strong pipeline fit
  • Convert prospective creators to active partners through compelling onboarding, education, and performance guidance
Relationships Building
  • Provide guidance to key creators and agencies as needed, helping them achieve growth and monetisation goals
  • Maintain strong, high‑level relationships with creators through regular, targeted communication
  • Monitor creator content and performance patterns to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support onboarding and education of new creators with a focus on long‑term engagement
  • Assist in campaign management and reporting, prioritising high‑impact initiatives
  • Support highest‑growing sponsorship campaigns and deliverables
  • Work with marketing to plan 12‑month event plans aimed at strengthening relationships with talent agencies
Revenue Growth
  • Deliver high‑quality coaching strategies to increase performance and drive incremental revenue (such as content and retailer diversification)
  • Monitor campaign performance and collaborate cross‑functionally to optimise advertisers’ goals
  • Support and pitch to key enterprise advertisers as needed, to win larger sponsorship budgets for our creator universe
  • Analyse daily reports to prioritise growth with high‑performing and re‑engaged creators
  • Meet and exceed quarterly financial and north‑star metric goals
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in creator partnerships, talent management, social commerce, or affiliate marketing, ideally across both affiliate and sponsorship models
  • Proven track record of acquiring and onboarding new creators, including assessing fit against an Ideal Customer Profile
  • Demonstrated ability to drive creator growth and revenue through coaching, performance insights, and strategic guidance
  • Strong understanding of creator monetisation, including affiliate performance, retailer dynamics, and sponsorship value
  • Experience collaborating with Talent Managers, Agencies, or Creator collectives, with the ability to communicate commercial value clearly
  • Comfortable analysing creator content, audience data, and daily performance metrics to identify opportunities and prioritise time
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills with creators and partners, using high‑touch communication when needed
  • Highly organised and efficient, able to manage pipelines, creator touchpoints, and campaign activity without heavy administrative overhead
  • A deep passion for creators, social trends, and platform dynamics, paired with strong intuition for what drives engagement and conversions
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage acquisition funnels and track creator performance
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset suited for a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
