Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Carry out precise surface mount (SMT) hand soldering, including fine-pitch devices.
  • Inspect and rework PCB assemblies to high quality standards.
  • Support the SMT production line, including stencil printing, component placement, and reflow processes.
  • Operate and set up SMT machinery with full training provided.
  • Assist with SMT program creation and optimisation as training progresses.
  • Conduct basic testing and fault-finding on electronic assemblies.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established manufacturing procedures.
