Job description

This is an excellent opportunity to build a career with a progressive insurance brokerage with big plans to grow the business, and in doing so, will be creating multiple opportunities for ambitious individuals looking to develop their career within the commercial insurance sector.

This role would ideally suit individuals who have previous broker experience or underwriting within the commercial sector.

This role would be dealing with clients on a daily basis with premium spends in the region up to £5k to £10k GWP, providing new business quotations, assisting them in making amendments and adjustments to existing covers. You will also be involved in the renewal process so this opportunity is quite diverse and requires someone to take total ownership of the client from cradle to grave.

There will be a lot of client and insurer dialogue, so confident communication skills are essential for this role, as well as good attention to detail, a professional manner and strong IT skills.

You will have the opportunity to study towards the CII qualifications or continue if you have already started, which will be fully funded by the company, and also an excellent basic salary and a comprehensive benefits package which includes a generous pension and holiday entitlement. There will also be the opportunity to earn commission.
