An IT support company based in requires a Smart Technology Support Apprentice to join their talented team.

As an Apprentice, you’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting and installing cutting‑edge smart systems. You’ll learn how to set up, maintain, and troubleshoot connected technologies, from smart networks and devices to integrated automation systems while building strong customer service and problem‑solving skills.

KEY DUTIES
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of smart devices and systems, hevði including IoT sensors, tablets, hubs, and networking equipment.
  • Respond to support requests and help resolve technical issues, escalating complex cases to senior engineers when required.
  • Support customers with software updates, connectivity, and system integrations (e.g., smart security, energy management, or home / office automation platforms).
  • Help maintain accurate records of smart technology assets and documentation on‑site.
  • Learn from experienced engineers and complete relevant technical training and certification programmes.
