Responsibilities:

* Lead Smart Building projects end-to-end: design, vendor management, delivery, commissioning and maintenance.
* Act as the technical authority, guiding teams, clients, and partners to ensure successful outcomes.
* Oversee partner and subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance, risk management and high standards of safety.
* Support new business with technical proposals, bills of materials and tender responses.
* Champion innovation and efficiency in project delivery, helping clients achieve sustainability and digital transformation goals.
* Build lasting client relationships while delivering projects on time, on budget and to the highest standard.

Experience Required:

* Proven experience in Smart Building integration or with a Master Systems Integrator.
* Strong knowledge of building data communications, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data migration.
* Expertise in BMS/EMS design, installation, and optimisation across multiple platforms.
* Experience integrating OT systems such as lighting controls, AV, electronic security, and IoT sensors.
* Familiarity with industry standards and data ontologies (BRICK Schema, Project Haystack, ISO 19650, etc.).
* Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.
* Awareness of Smart Building performance standards (WELL, NABERS, SmartScore, WiredScore).
