We are seeking a talented and experienced Slot Mathematician to design and implement mathematical models that power the next generation of casino slot machine games. Your work will directly shape game performance, engagement, and compliance, ensuring our titles deliver a fun, fair, and immersive experience to players worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and validate mathematical models that define gameplay for casino slot machines.
• Program and simulate models using C#, ensuring reliability and adherence to compliance standards.
• Collaborate with simulation developers and engineers to refine and troubleshoot model implementation.
• Provide detailed analysis, documentation, and explanations of models for game designers, developers, compliance, and other teams.
• Explore innovative slot mechanics and features, pushing the limits of existing casino game engines.
• Produce and verify par sheets, game logic, and payout structures to guarantee balanced and engaging outcomes.
• Apply advanced probability and statistical methods to solve design and business challenges.
• Work across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Partner with game producers and development teams throughout the casino game development lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years' experience as a Slot Mathematician in the casino/ gaming industry.
• Minimum 2 years of C# development experience.
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of probability theory and statistical modelling as applied to casino games.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking skills with experience balancing multiple projects.
• Passion for gaming and a drive to stay current with emerging technologies.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with CUDA or OpenCL for high-performance computation.
• Knowledge of database development.
• Familiarity with rendering libraries such as Pixi.js.
