An educational organization is seeking a Skills Coach - Regulatory Compliance Officer to support learners in achieving their qualifications. In this remote role, you will conduct skills gap analyses, provide coaching, and maintain professional relationships with employers. Ideal candidates must have strong communication and time management skills, along with relevant qualifications such as GCSEs in English and Maths and customer service experience. The position offers 25 days of annual leave and healthcare benefits.

We are looking for an experienced and motivational Regulatory Compliance expert to join our team to support learners in achieving their Regulatory Compliance Officer qualifications, with engaging and inspiring delivery.
As a Skills Coach with Babington, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring learners working towards the successful and timely achievement of their learning programme, whilst creating and maintaining cohesive and communicative relationships with learners and employers.
You will use your exceptional teaching and learning experience to provide blended academic and pastoral advice, guidance and support, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment, whilst delivering excellence to learners.
We’ll be conducting interviews on a continuous basis and reserve the right to take down the advert when we have found the right candidate.
