A prestigious arts institution is seeking a Skills Centre Coordinator to support the delivery of skills courses and provide pastoral as well as administrative support. We are looking for a Skills Centre Coordinator to join the National Theatre Learning (Skills Centre) Team.
The purpose of the role is to support the delivery of Skills Centre courses and programmes, by providing pastoral and practical support for participants and administrative and facilitation support for the technical, design and craft specialists leading activity. The role will deliver pastoral support to participants as well as key administrative functions, supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of projects. The role will work collaboratively with colleagues to support the existing programmes and new opportunities in line with the Skills Centre strategy and ambitions.
The Skills Centre is based within the NT’s Learning department and works collaboratively with many other departments within the organisation to build, support, deliver and evaluate skills development activity across all areas of the NT’s work. The role is focused on the Skills Centre but will work with the wider Learning and the organisation teams as required for the operation of the programme and the wider development of the Skills Centre.
