A community-focused organization in Witchford is seeking a Skilled Worker to deliver maintenance and repairs services. You will be responsible for construction tasks, equipment maintenance, and effective communication regarding job progress. Ideal candidates have relevant experience and a solid understanding of Health and Safety legislation. A full UK driving licence is required. We are looking for a Skilled Worker to join our team based in Ely. As a Skilled Worker you will be responsible for providing an effective maintenance and repairs service that meets contract and customer expectations. Daily duties will include carrying out mould treatments and assisting other operatives with works that require a second person. The role of Skilled Worker will include:
We work closely with the Home Office in order to prevent unlawful working. A basic Disclosure and Barring Service check will be necessary in the event of a successful application, which we will pay for. £25,410 per annum (rising to £26,747 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
