Job description

Great opportunity to work as a Skilled Operator for our client – one of the UK's leading dessert manufacturing sites, specialising in cheesecakes, trifles and other chilled desserts for major supermarket brands.

Staffline is recruiting Skilled Operators in Highbridge.

Pay Rates

• Weekday: £12.72 per hour
• Weeknight: £14.40 per hour
• Weekday Overtime: £19.08 per hour
• Weeknight Overtime: £20.76 per hour

Shift Pattern

This is a full‑time role working rotating shifts: 4 on, 4 off. Working hours are 6:00 am to 6:00 pm for day shifts and 6:00 pm to 6:00 am for night shifts.

We're hiring Skilled Operators for a variety of essential roles in our dynamic food production facility, including:

• Meteo Operators
