Overview

Innva Park Customer Delivery Hub role at John Lewis & Waitrose partners. The role involves working in a fast-paced delivery hub environment with a focus on stock presentation, customer service, wastage reduction, continuous improvement, and maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership for stock presentation received through the supply chain to ensure products reach customers in perfect condition.
• Consistently promote and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Look for opportunities to reduce wastage and protect profits.
• Promote and share continuous improvement opportunities within the Customer Delivery Hub.
• Demonstrate a clean, tidy and safe working environment and adhere to legal compliance.

Essential skills/experience you’ll need

• Communication skills, including telephone, verbal and written.
• Understanding of Google Suite/Programs.

Desirable skills/experience you may have

• Category B manual UK driving licence (no more than 6 points).
• Previous warehousing experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
