A prominent UK retailer is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Leicester. Responsibilities include managing stock flow, ensuring product quality, and providing excellent customer service. The role demands heavy lifting and offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.45 with premium pay for evening shifts. ABOUT THE ROLE You will be responsible for ensuring the warehouse supports all the Partnership channels by handling stock coming in and being sent out of the warehouse. Tasks include unloading and loading stock, accurately recording deliveries into the warehouse, moving stock around the warehouse and collecting stock for deliveries. All tasks are to be performed safely with awareness of individual responsibility for health and safety at all times. This role involves heavy lifting.
Pay and premiums: from 5 October 2025, any time worked between 18:00-22:00 attracts an Evening Premium of £2.50 per hour; 22:00-06:00 attracts a Night Premium of £3.50 per hour. This also applies to existing Partners enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
