Job summary

Qualifications

Location: UK-Based, primarily remote with infrequent on-site meetings as required

We expect candidates to have8+ years of experiencein the Sitecore ecosystem, operating at a senior consultant or architect level. Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Roadmap & Delivery:Take immediate ownership of the marketing workstream within the transformation programme. Ensure the technology roadmap directly supports the marketing team’s strategic goals while adhering to the deadlines and governance of the wider programme.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Translation:Act as the primary technical consultant between senior marketing stakeholders and delivery teams. Expertly translate complex commercial and user requirements into robust, deliverable technical solutions and architectural designs.
• Technical Leadership & Solution Architecture:Provide deep subject matter expertise on the Sitecore platform. Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with the programme’s architectural principles.
• Strategic Guidance & Future Planning:Advise the programme on the strategic direction and optimal use of the Sitecore platform. Provide insights into platform evolution, including its role within a modern, composable digital experience platform (DXP) that serves future marketing ambitions.
  

Ideal Candidate

• Demonstrable experience as a Sitecore Architect or senior Technical Consultant within large, complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of working closely with marketing teams, with a deep understanding of their digital needs (e.g. personalisation, analytics, campaign management).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Deep, hands-on architectural knowledge of the Sitecore platform and its integration capabilities.
• A strong strategic mindset, capable of providing forward-thinking advice that balances immediate project needs with long-term business goals.
