This role offers a base salary of £17.75 per hour plus overtime and on-call premiums. Suitable candidates will participate in an on-site interview, including a tour of facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical systems and utilities maintenance.
• Qualifications to work at height and operate MEWPS.
• Proven competency in sub-contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of utilities planned maintenance strategy.
• Manage 3rd party contractors and ensure safety.
• Participate in daily inspections and defect handling.
