We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to play a pivotal role in overseeing daily security operations and supporting the overall success of the contract. In this key position, you will act as the central point of contact for service delivery, performance monitoring, and reporting, all while upholding the Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining smooth operational performance on a 24/7 basis, ensuring that security personnel are trained, supported, and equipped to deliver exceptional service. You will play a vital role in team development, site documentation, and promoting a safe, professional, and compliant working environment. Job Description

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Monitor and manage the appearance and behaviour of all security personnel, taking appropriate action in line with company policies and procedures
• Report all incidents in compliance with customer and company policies and procedures
• Plan, develop and implement staff training, covering both routine duties and emergency procedures
• Monitor and report faults with security-related equipment promptly
• Assist the Site Manager with any reasonable or practical requests
• Serve as the first point of contact during their shift for security-related queries, resolving complex issues using experience and knowledge and referring any security practice complaints to the Security Management Team

Qualifications
