About the Role

Are you an experienced and driven professional with a background in MEICA engineering? OCU Group is seeking a skilled M&E Supervisor to lead and coordinate on-site construction activities across our water and utilities projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate MEICA engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Lead construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of work.
  • Interpret technical drawings and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections and enforce safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve technical challenges.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and monitor budgets.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through meetings, toolbox talks, and inspections.
  • Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.
What We’re Looking For
  • Relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Health and safety certifications (SSSTS required; SMSTS desirable).
  • CompEx EX11 or EX9/10 training (desirable).
  • Proven supervisory experience in MEICA or construction projects.
  • Valid UK driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
