Overview

Site Services Manager

The company is a well-established leader in producing premium products, including fresh and innovative offerings. Over the past decade, it has experienced significant growth, supplying key customers in the UK food retail, wholesale, and foodservice sectors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and management of all site services, including wastewater, waste, drainage, and external hygiene, to ensure regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and a safe working environment across the site.
• Manage and oversee the schedule for general upkeep and cleanliness of the site wastewater plant, ensuring preventative measures are taken to maximise functionality and minimise future issues.
• Coordinate site service equipment by managing contracts and external suppliers; ensure maintenance is within the agreed financial budget and provide financial reports to support work.
• Take responsibility for and conduct audits concerning legionella as well as BRC and other mandatory responsibilities to maintain a high safety culture and adherence to Health & Safety requirements.
• Show strong leadership skills and maintain open communication with staff, external bodies, and contractors.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate shall have experience in a similar facility within Wastewater Plants and ideally experience with Membrane Bio Reactor systems. Site Services experience at managerial level is desirable.
• An IOSH qualification or equivalent in Health & Safety or Site Services would be advantageous.

• Location: Kent; commutable from Ashford, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Canterbury and surrounding areas.
