Qualifications

  • Experience in managing public cloud processes.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Octopus and other CI/CD tools.
  • Experience in Powershell, Bash or other scripting languages.
  • Experience with Linux, Unix and Microsoft Systems.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker – advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Azure services and resources, Cloudflare edge security, and traffic management in code.
  • Own Terraform/Ansible/Pulumi Infrastructure as Code for each Product Engineering team.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in systems, processes, and technologies.

Role

Are you passionate about ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of platforms?

You’ll play a crucial role as a Site Reliability Engineer, responsible for designing, building, and monitoring systems to maximize uptime and efficiency, providing users with an exceptional experience.

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll collaborate closely with software developers to integrate reliability into application design. You’ll work with the Platform team to build scalable infrastructure that supports these applications.

You’ll have a vital part in defining the launch of new features, leveraging service-level agreements (SLAs), service-level indicators (SLIs), and service-level objectives (SLOs) to ensure the required reliability of platforms.

Salary

£80k base.
