Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment (preferably Manufacturing or Logistics).
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
  • Experience with complex employee relations cases.
  • Ability to communicate widely, including to large groups.
  • Flexibility in working hours with some travel involved.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage HR teams to ensure a motivated workforce.
  • Deliver site people plan aligned with company framework.
  • Coach management to improve team performance.
  • Maintain legal compliance in ER, IR, and Payroll processes.
  • Proactively prioritize health and safety at all times.
