Overview

Fantastic opportunities have arisen for site managers to join our team at Thirteen! As a site manager, you will play a crucial role in our internal investment team by providing our customers with an outstanding service during planned investment work to their home. You will be responsible for effectively managing refurbishment sites and coordinating all resources to deliver high quality work, on time and within budget. Health and safety is a top priority at Thirteen, and you will help embed our safe culture, ensuring the safety of colleagues and customers is at the forefront of everything we do.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the successful operational delivery of Thirteen's internal investment programme.
  • Work closely with the area manager, assisting with contract management of internal and external resources.
  • Assist with the coordination of performance management activities relating to the team.
  • Coordinate with the quantity surveyor team to provide effective administration and record keeping for the team, and maintain both manual and electronic databases.
  • Record, report and monitor agreed KPIs.
  • Work to a high standard to provide a great customer experience.
  • Maintain service delivery quality by monitoring and implementing improvements for continuous improvement and best practices.
  • Utilise reports and management information to shape Thirteen's investment service delivery.
  • Be responsible for all aspects of on-site health and safety.
Qualifications
  • Educated to HNC or equivalent and/or professionally qualified in property management or a related discipline, or equivalent operational experience.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads to achieve targets, costs and time deadlines.
