Site Manager - Warehouse Refurbishment

Location: Colchester
Duration: 16-week project

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a warehouse refurbishment project in Colchester. This is a fixed-term role for an initial 16-week programme, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance
• Liaising with project managers, clients, and suppliers
• Monitoring progress against programme and resolving site issues

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager
• Previous experience in warehouse refurbishments and/or office fit-outs
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Ability to manage multiple trades and meet tight deadlines
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred/required depending on criteria)
