Job summary

A construction services company is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 6-month contract on a Social Housing Re-Roofing Scheme. You will oversee site operations, ensure health & safety compliance, and manage subcontractors effectively. Candidates must have proven experience in managing similar projects and hold the necessary certifications. The position requires immediate start in Bury, England.

Job Advert: Site Manager - 6 Month Contract (Immediate Start)

About the Role

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of an active re-roofing site, ensuring works are carried out safely, to a high standard, and on programme. The role requires someone with strong health & safety compliance, excellent coordination and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage both sub-contractors and client relationships professionally.
