What are we looking for?

• Someone who has prior experience being a Site Manager, of an external maintenance contract
• Someone who has a background in social housing, local authority or similar housing association.
• SMSTS Certificate
• Full UK\'s driving license

• Overseeing projects from the start through to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and to the highest quality, while sticking to budgets.
• Meeting clients and managing their expectations.
• The first point of contact for clients and sub-contractors.
