Job summary

A specialist recruitment agency is seeking a Site Manager for a commercial roofing refurbishment project in Surbiton. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing roofing projects and a background in Health and Safety. Responsibilities include overseeing subcontractors, ensuring project compliance, and maintaining communication with the client. Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications are required. This temporary position will last 16 weeks, starting in January.

Qualifications

We are currently looking for a Site Manager for a live commercial roofing refurbishment project in Surbiton. Ideally they are looking for someone that has experience of commercial roofing.

You will be working directly for the roofing contractor who are the principle contractor and be responsible for both the roofing and scaffolding subcontractors. Other responsibilities on site will include Health & Safety, checking RAMS and liaison with the client. Please note this is a live project so clear communication, professionalism and H&S is essential.

You will report directly to a visiting Contracts Manager and must be computer literate as you will utilise their own intranet system for reporting etc. Additionally you will possess a valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card.
