Overview

Daniel Owen are looking for a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager for a 10 week refurbishment project in Edinburgh.

The project will include: Removal of partition walls and glazing; Replacement of the existing heating & chilled water system with VRF; Installation of new lighting throughout.

The Role

We\'re seeking an experienced Site-Based Project Manager to oversee this project from start to finish. You\'ll be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring health & safety compliance, and keeping the programme on track. You\'ll also act as the key point of contact for the client team, ensuring smooth delivery throughout.
