Job Role: Site Manager (Mechanical & Electrical)

Location: Leeds/West Yorkshire

Salary: £300/£350 a day

Site Manager (Mechanical & Electrical) required to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a high-rise residential project in Leeds. Ensuring the scheme is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the mechanical and electrical components of the project, including HVAC, fire protection, lighting, and other systems.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery from start to finish to meet project targets.
Technical Expertise
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, fire protection, and other relevant technologies.
Management Skills
  • Experience in planning, executing, and managing projects from start to finish.
Communication Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical issues and other challenges that may arise during the project.
Commercial Awareness
  • Understanding of project costs, budgets, and financial management.
Safety Training and Certification
