Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on high volume new build housing developments.
• Must have extensive knowledge of managing labour only groundworkers/contractors.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development to maintain and deliver the build programme on time.
• Liaise with head office and local authority departments.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.

Skills

Excellent knowledge of construction build programmes

Strong commercial awareness

Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes

Ability to use Zutec and Digital plot books
