The current opportunity is for proven Site Managers to join an already established project and team. Their client book is strong and promises security, working nationally on some of the largest flagship projects, in Ireland & UK. The order book / projects to tender can boast a number of projects within construction: Residential, Commercial and Educational developments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing finishing projects and ensuring the successful completion of mixed-use / educational developments. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing phase of construction projects, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing a team of subcontractors and tradespeople.
