Job summary

A reputable construction contractor is seeking a Site Manager for a major refurbishment project in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will manage on-site activities, ensuring quality and safety standards while overseeing operatives and subcontractors. This role demands a minimum of five years’ experience in site management, familiarity with external works including concrete repairs and underpinning, and relevant certifications. A valid UK driving license and a strong knowledge of health and safety practices are also required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager.
• Planned Maintenance and refurbishment experience required.
• In date First Aid certificate needed.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety requirements.
• Full UK driving license required.
