Job Description: Site Manager – High End Residential

Location: Winchester, Hants

Salary: £50,000-£60,000 (depending on experience)

We are working with a well established, private construction company delivering high‑end residential and commercial projects along the South Coast. With a strong pipeline of live projects, including heritage, listed building, and new builds, we are looking for a highly skilled Site Manager to join our expanding team. Extensive experience of Prime Residential builds delivering projects for HNW private clients is a prerequisite for this role.

Your Role

• Manage site operations and coordinate subcontractors.
• Deliver projects to the highest quality, actively managing programmes via MS Project alongside the visiting Contracts Manager.
• Maintain health & safety compliance and ensure all building regulations are met.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and project teams, providing strong client coordination and technical oversight.

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in high‑end residential projects.
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
• Confident reading drawings and managing technical details.
• A “Driver” actively driving the build to schedule.
• Carpentry background preferred; degree‑qualified candidates considered.

Working Requirements

On‑site hours: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm + Saturdays 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (all on a rota basis).
