  • Excellent HSE, leadership, and contractor management skills.

  • Manage all subcontractors across civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes.

  • Maintain accurate site reporting and documentation.

SITE MANAGER - PV (EPC) - SOLAR FARM - CONSTRUCTION - RENEWABLE ENERGY

We are looking for a Site Manager to take full responsibility for the on-site delivery of a utility-scale solar PV project on behalf of the EPC contractor. This is a key delivery role with direct responsibility for HSE, subcontractor performance, programme, and quality.


The Site Manager will be a named key person and will interface closely with the client, subcontractors, and internal project management teams.


Key Responsibilities


  • Overall responsibility for site delivery, safety, and quality

  • Manage all subcontractors across civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes

  • Lead site HSE performance and enforce zero-harm culture

  • Drive programme delivery in line with project milestones

  • Chair site meetings and coordinate daily activities
