Wates is looking for a Site Manager to join our MOJ Construction team in Suffolk, focusing on high-profile, technically complex projects.

About the Role

Our Site Managers are vital to our business, driving quality outcomes and maintaining the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental controls. They work collaboratively with Project Managers to ensure project completion to the highest standards.

As a Site Manager, you will:

  1. Implement Wates Operating Framework and commit to achieving Zero Harm on our sites.
  2. Manage all Quality aspects in accordance with the Project Quality Plan.
  3. Plan and manage works to meet construction programme milestones and deadlines, using collaborative planning with the supply chain.
  4. Review and understand all design aspects relevant to your section of works.
