Site Manager - High‑Specification Residential

Location: Central Yorkshire

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a unique and prestigious new‑build and conversion project in the Central Yorkshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market‑leading, privately owned developer with over 35 years of building high‑quality homes.

The Project
  • Construction of 20 high‑specification executive homes, each valued between £750,000 and £1 million.
  • Complex conversion of a Grade 2 listed building into luxury apartments.
The Role

As the No.1 Site Manager, you will be the driving force on site. You will manage all aspects of the build, subcontractors, and site team, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the exceptional quality standards for which the company is known.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven track record as a Site Manager, ideally on high‑specification residential projects.
  • Experience with heritage or listed buildings is highly desirable.
  • Trade background strongly preferred, offering practical understanding of the build process.
  • Ambition and a clear desire to progress into a Project Manager role in the future.
  • Keen eye for detail and uncompromising approach to quality and health & safety.
