Job summary

A reputable housing contractor is seeking a Temporary Site Manager in the Exeter area to oversee new build housing developments. The role involves managing build programmes and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualified candidates should possess SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and a valid UK driving license. This project is expected to last for 2 weeks with working hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Overview

Site Manager required in the Exeter area. We are currently working with a Housing contractor. They are looking for a Temporary site manager with experience on new build housing developments like schools and hospitals. This project has an expected duration of 2 weeks.

The working hours are 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with a potential opportunity for weekend work. Once you have completed your assignment and a positive finishing reference is secured, we will do our best to ensure you have another long-term assignment to go into.
