About the Project

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a new build residential development constructed using timber frame methods. The project involves the construction of multiple housing units, and we're looking for someone who can confidently manage all phases of the build from groundwork to final handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily site management and coordination of all trades and subcontractors
  • Ensure all works are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget
  • Oversee health & safety compliance and carry out inductions/toolbox talks
  • Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and local authorities as required
  • Maintain detailed site records and reporting
  • Manage logistics and sequencing of timber frame installation and follow-on trades
