Site Manager — Brighton

The Company

This Site Manager's role is with one of the UK's major main contractors. They have established themselves as a leading main contractor in the commercial, residential, public and interiors sectors. They work on a diverse range of both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging in value from £500k - £50 million. The current position is for an experienced Site Manager to join their interiors and refurbishment division working on schemes from £500k - £10 million.

Responsibilities

• Manage M&E sub-contractors on site from 1st fix through to handover.
• Responsible for managing the delivery of this project within the interiors/refurbishment division.
• Coordinate on site for schemes ranging in value from £500k to £10 million.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience of refurbishment/fit out schemes.
