Overview

The Golden Thread Alliance Trust are looking for a positive, well organised and motivated Site Manager to maintain two of the schools within our trust: Culverstone Green Primary School and Meopham Community Academy. This is a full time, permanent role based on 52 weeks per year.

Hours: 37 hours per week (Meopham Community Academy: 24 hours; Culverstone Green Primary School: 13 hours). Salary: within the Kent Scheme pay scale KSD, £25,127 per year. Reporting to the School Business Manager.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing the overall maintenance to ensure the security, safety and condition of the school sites to a high standard.
