Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a reputable and long-established main contractor delivering high-quality construction projects across Scotland. Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, site staff and suppliers.
• Maintain all site documentation, H&S compliance and progress reporting.
• Drive quality assurance and ensure work meets design specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise effectively with project teams, stakeholders and senior management.
• Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges to keep works running efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry (main contracting background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UK construction regulations, H&S standards and best practice.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain tight control over programme and quality.
• Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid).
