Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations.

• Keep detailed records.
• Review Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
• Liaise with client and subcontractors.
• Manage subcontractor performance.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are met.
• Review Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS).

My client are a national civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a site manager to help manage and deliver a project for a valued client in Norfolk. My client operate nationwide across multiple sectors including energy, infrastructure, marine and civils.

Site manager responsibilities:

• Day to day site management.
• Working alongside and reporting to the project manager.
• Detailed record keeping.
• Reviewing ITPs.
• Liaising with the client, subcontractors and key stake-holders.
• Managing subcontractors.
• Managing health and safety.
• Reviewing RAMS.

Site manager requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• Degree in civil engineering or construction management.
