Net Temps Limited is recruiting for a Site Manager to work on a potentially ongoing basis for one of our clients.

The Client

The client is a specialist refurbishment and fit-out contractor who is currently operating on several projects across the Midlands - the 1st project is 12 weeks in Central Nottingham.

The Opportunity

Working as a Site Manager you will be required to oversee the overall running of the site liaising closely with subcontractors and labour. Candidates will be required to have experience in overseeing fit out and refurbishment projects.

Duties

As a Site Manager, you will be expected to run a small team and oversee the day-to-day running of the site ensuring health and safety is heard to at all times liaising with the contractor and subcontractors.

The Role / Experience & Responsibilities

The client requires a Site Manager who is able to work in Nottingham. To be considered for the role, the following experience and certifications will be sought after:

• MUST have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
• MUST have ability to work in various locations in London.
• REQUIRED to wear Full PPE (hard hat, High Vis & Safety boots).
• MUST have working references.
• MUST have the right to work in the UK.
• MUST have roofing experience.

Pay

Day rate is starting at £240 rising depending on experience. £240.00-£250.00 per day.
