A contractor recruitment agency is looking for a Site Manager to oversee site operations in Nottingham. The successful candidate will manage daily activities, ensuring health and safety compliance while liaising with subcontractors. Essential qualifications include SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications along with roofing experience. The role offers a starting day rate of £240, increasing based on experience, and is expected to last for 5 months.
Net Temps Limited is recruiting for a Site Manager to work on a potentially ongoing basis for one of our clients.
The client is a specialist refurbishment and fit-out contractor who is currently operating on several projects across the Midlands - the 1st project is 12 weeks in Central Nottingham.
Working as a Site Manager you will be required to oversee the overall running of the site liaising closely with subcontractors and labour. Candidates will be required to have experience in overseeing fit out and refurbishment projects.
As a Site Manager, you will be expected to run a small team and oversee the day-to-day running of the site ensuring health and safety is heard to at all times liaising with the contractor and subcontractors.
The client requires a Site Manager who is able to work in Nottingham. To be considered for the role, the following experience and certifications will be sought after:
Day rate is starting at £240 rising depending on experience. £240.00-£250.00 per day.
